For the past 13 years, I've been operating my online business without a single call on my calendar. I'm not saying to reduce the amount of calls you have, I'm saying eliminate them completely.
Why? Because they're just not necessary, and for a lot of people they cause more stress than they're worth.
If you're an introvert, highly sensitive, or have ADHD, a single call on your calendar can wreck havoc on your nervous system and destroy your productivity (because you'll be thinking about that one call all day long and won't be able to focus on anything else).
Fortunately, having an empty calendar doesn't mean sacrificing revenue.
I run my business with zero calls and have done over $1M in revenue in the past 15 months using a combination of digital products and high ticket services (sold and delivered without a single call).
Over the years I've closed hundreds of deals from $500 all the way up to $6,000 without a single call on my calendar (and I know people closing much bigger deals than that using the same strategy).
Last year I taught this to one of my clients and he did $7,000 in his first month after I helped him develop an offer and a call-free sales process (sharing this with his permission).
I also taught this to my wife last year. At the time, she was struggling to monetize the audience she had built on Instagram. She had views and followers but wasn't generating much income from it (common experience for a lot of creators).
