When we begin, I'll do a full audit of your current business and get to know about you and your goals. I'll show you where I think your current bottlenecks are and what I think you should stop or start doing to make faster, more aligned progress towards your goals.
I'll ask you a series of questions to get the conversations started, and then we'll chat back and forth casually throughout the week inside of Slack (this is fully asynchronous coaching, no calls required). I'll gather info and get to know your situation better so I can develop a growth plan that is totally aligned with you.
Throughout the week I'll be helping you get clarity on things such as your content marketing strategy, offer, sales strategy, messaging changes you might need to make, and things I think you need to fix, optimize, add, or eliminate.
