You have skills. You aren't lazy. But maybe your business isn't growing as fast as you'd like it to or you're unclear on what the best path for you is.

There's such an abundance of information and opportunities these days that it leads a lot of creators to being overwhelmed by complexity and paralyzed by indecision.

Your brain is probably overloaded with options and contradictory advice given by all the creators you follow online.

One day you feel like you've found your path, the next you start doubting it. You search for clarity, but only end up more confused and overwhelmed.

You might find yourself starting projects but not finishing them, changing business models or strategies often, and forever struggling to "find your niche" or figure out what you're really meant to do in this world.

In this noisy online world, all of this is completely understandable, but it's also avoidable if you just understand a few things…

1. You're not lazy or incapable. You're just disregulated. Your nervous system is probably fried from all the decision making, changing your mind, changing your plans, stopping and starting, and never having clarity.

2. You're lacking clarity because you're looking outside instead of inside. You're taking advice from creators telling you what worked for them. But just because it worked for someone else does not mean it's the best path for you. You are unique, and so your business probably won't fit perfectly into the mold others try to fit you in.

3. Your business model probably isn't aligned with your psychological makeup and personality type, so it feels draining rather than energizing. When your business strategy isn't deeply aligned with who you are, you will always find a way to sabotage yourself.

I only say this because I've been there myself.

For years I tried to force myself to be productive and do the work I needed to do in my business, but nothing worked for very long and I never felt like I had true clarity on my path in life.

I only realized much later that my lack of results weren't because I was lazy but because I was a round peg constantly trying to shove myself into a square hole.

In other words, my lack of clarity was due to misalignment with my natural talents, interests, rhythms, and personality type.

And also because I didn't have a clear plan and efficient scaling strategy for my business. My creative energy was scattered in a dozen directions instead of being channeled towards what I truly wanted.

Once I finally found a path that aligned with me, everything changed. I went from struggling in my business to doing $1M in sales in 15 months, with a completely empty calendar and in a way that was totally aligned with who I am as a person.
