There’s so much to do, but the quality of our doing stems from our ‘being’. Like the tree stems from its seed, so do our outward expressions stem from the depths of our being.

Success is not simply the result of taking certain actions and implementing the correct strategies. Success in any endeavor is highly dependent on our ability to tap into the latent power of creative energy at the core of our being. This power infuses our words and actions with a subtle energy that can be felt by others, an energy that can’t be replicated by AI or fill-in-the-blank formulas.

To access this power within requires authenticity. So often we do things out of obligation. We create what we think we “should” create rather than what we actually want to create. This leads us to create with a subtle sense of resentment, blocking our ability to enter a “flow state” where our work becomes truly enjoyable. Our best work and therefore our highest contribution will come from the work that is most authentic to who we are, regardless of how “correct” it is in the eyes of others.
