Onboarding week
As soon as you join, I'll have a short form for you to fill out that will give me some initial info about your business, your goals, and what you need help with.
Then I'll invite you to private Slack channel with me.
During the first week, we'll chat back and forth casually so I can get to know you and your situation better.
I'll send you a little personality assessment that will help me understand who you are on a deeper level so I can custom-tailor my advice to match your skills and temperament.
Then we'll start on Friday with the first weekly check-in.
Weekly check-in
On Friday every week over the next 6 months, I send you a form to fill out with 4 simple questions about what you worked on that week, what's going right, where you're stuck, and what you want feedback on.
This is where you can tell me about any realizations you had, wins, setbacks, negative thoughts you might be experiencing, etc.
It's a judgment-free space where you can be open and honest about your challenges.
This is also where you can submit one specific asset for review.
If you want me to look at a piece of content, a funnel, sales copy, etc, I can give you feedback and tell you how I might change or improve something about it.
These reviews will be hyper-specific and actionable, focused on one key improvement each week.
So try to make your questions very specific too.
Don’t say “Review my entire sales page” but something more like “Can you help me strengthen the headline on my sales page?” Or instead of “Can you help me improve this funnel?” say “Based on this front end offer, what would a good upsell be for this funnel?”
The more specific your question, the better advice I can give you. This allows you to make consistent optimizations and learn valuable lessons each and every week to improve your skills over time.
The goal is to hone in on one primary obstacle each week and to make gradual improvements. Because real progress happens with small changes that compound over time.

Every Monday or Tuesday, I review your check-in from the previous week and send you a private voice note with my honest take, strategic guidance, and clearest recommendation for what to do next.
Not generic advice, motivational fluff, or abstract theory.

After my reply, you can ask one short follow-up question for clarification if needed.
This is not an unlimited back-and-forth thread. It's there to make sure you leave each week with clarity on exactly what to do next.
