Beau here.
If you were to look at my social media profiles, you would see that I've barely posted a single piece of content in the past several months.
I've also sent very few emails to you (if you forgot who I am, I wouldn't blame you).
From the outside it might look like my business is dead or that I quit and went back to a 9 to 5 job.
But that's far from the truth.
In fact, my business has prospered this year despite me being almost totally absent from social media and working just a few hours a week on average for most of this year.
To be exact, my business has generated 5,802 customers and $588,687 in revenue since the beginning of the year.

I'm definitely not the only one doing business in this very "low key" sort of way.
There are tons of entrepreneurs doing this behind the scenes.
You wouldn't even know their names, yet many of them are more successful than your favorite gurus.
Being an introvert, this is how I prefer to run my business.
Minimal amounts of social media.
An empty calendar.
No team.
No meetings.
No big launches.
No coaching clients.
Just space to create.
Your business shouldn't just be profitable.
It should also give you peace.
So you can worry less, play more, and enjoy more of the things that matter most in life.
After becoming a father last year, I started to realize the true importance of this.
How you operate your business has a ripple effect on other areas of your life, so you must choose wisely.
There are a lot of ways you could grow your business, but in my experience, using "organic" marketing is one of the worst.
Not that it doesn't work. I've been pretty successful with organic marketing over the past couple years.
BUT...
It burnt me out.
I hated having to constantly come up with new content ideas and post every day on social media.
I felt like I was on a hamster wheel.
If I stopped posting for a while, my sales would slowly decline and I'd have the pressure of trying to "catch up" again when I came back online.
So I started to ask myself an important question:
"Why do I believe that this is the only way to grow my business?"
In 2020, I grew a wildly successful business without any organic marketing, using only paid ads.
And life was way easier back then.
I worked a lot less and made a lot more.
So why not do it again? I asked myself.
So I did.
And just like before, it worked.
I have to laugh when people recommend organic marketing over paid ads.
The only people who would say that are people who don't know how to make paid ads work.
Don't get me wrong. You need both. But it's important to know the purpose of each one:
Paid ads are for quick, controllable, and consistent growth.
Organic marketing is for long-term branding, trust building, and stabilizing your income.
The mistake people make is trying to use organic marketing as a method for rapid growth.
But this usually just leads to chasing views and becoming a slave to social media.
Organic marketing is great for long term growth, and it certainly can work for some people as their only means of growth.
But if you want results in days instead of years, paid ads are the way to go.
If you're anything like me and want a business that gives you plenty of time and space to create and just enjoy your life, then I strongly suggest that you make it your mission to master paid advertising.
If you want my help, stay tuned for my future emails.
Stay awesome,
Beau
